  • 10 compression damping settings with the 3.3 fast adjust knob
  • Internal SP2 free bleed adjustment allows for 2 distinct tune profiles
  • Increase in comfort and vehicle control
  • Enhanced cornering stability
  • Reduced sway and wind buffeting
  • Controls large and small bumps more effectively than factory shocks
  • 100% bolt on with basic tools

4x4 Sprinters are very capable and versatile vehicles, however many owners have now experienced the stiff factory ride over small bumps and extreme swaying on uneven ruts. Van Compass has developed a custom tuned Falcon shock kit to improve the Sprinters handling both on and off the trail. Our custom tuned Falcon shocks smooth out the harshness experienced on washboard roads and sharp, abrupt impacts. The bounce experienced over large bumps is reduced and the side to side sway over uneven surfaces is minimized. Each set of Falcon shocks are specifically to your van weight range.

Aluminum bodied, 2.315" diameter piggy back reservoir shocks offer a huge range of adjustment. The 3.3 fast adjust knob offer quick and easy compression adjustment when the shock is installed. Position one is the lightest setting, great for blasting down washboard roads or rough city streets. Position 2 is a mid setting with 8 micro adjustments, a great way to dial in the ride and handling setting for driver preference. Position 3 is the firmest setting, used for occasional heavy loads or when driving conditions require the most control. The shocks are manufactured as left and right pairs. The 3.3 fast adjust knob is placed in a spot that is easy to see and adjust.

Falcons's 3.3 Fast adjust shocks technical features:

  • 2.3" aluminum body dissipates heat and resists corrosion.
  • Full 2" Damper piston (238% increase over stock)
  • 3/4" diameter hard chromed shaft resists impact and corrosion.
  • High pressure nitrogen charge ensures cavitation free operation

FITMENT GUIDE

MODEL: SPRINTER 2500

YEAR: 2015-PRESENT

DRIVE TYPE: 4X4 and AWD

>>COMPLETE WHEEL AND TIRE FITMENT GUIDE<<

Recommended Wheel Size: 17" x 8.5", +45mm offset

WHEEL FITMENT NOTE: 2023+ AWD vans require fitment of a wheel with 6" backspacing or less. For a 17"x8" wheel, this corresponds with a +38mm offset. Wheels with a greater offset like +52mm, or more backspacing like 6.5", will rub the tire on the shock reservoir when the steering is turned.

NOTE: Vans equipped with HD Rear AC Package require extra care when mounting front shocks, refrigerant lines may need to be slightly bent and re-secured.

    day and night difference

While I have been a bit skeptical about investing money into ride improvements, my wife kept complaining about the bounciness of our ride (2019 Sprinter 4x4 Sportsmobile). It was especially bad when you went over diagonal speed bumps - that really shook the van. Eventually, I bought the kit, had a local shop install it for me (they charged for 3.5h labor), and when I took it home, I barely recognized the ride - day and night difference. While it is still a tall van and you cannot avoid the laws of physics, the ride is significantly smoother, less bouncy, and more stable side to side. I should have done it sooner ...
