The Stage 3 system is ideal for heavy vans that are seeing rear sag from the weight of a build out or conversion. A tuned 4 corner shock upgrade, rear leaf spring upgrade and front bump stop all combine to tighten up your Sprinter's loose handling. Vehicle control and suspension compliance are the two areas of ride quality we focused on when we engineered this kit, and the payoff is increased performance over any terrain while also improving handling for unexpected emergencies.

The rear mini leaf spring pack, tuned specifically to work with the stock rear leaf spring, restores lost ride height and corrects sag while retaining the quiet ride of the factory leaf spring. Typically, 1.25" of rear lift is seen, resulting in a nicely leveled stance.

Falcon 2.1 Monotube Shocks, expertly tuned for van users, dramatically improve handling. With superior construction and a larger, more effective damper piston, these shocks will completely change the driving dynamics of your van. A more effective damper reduces leaning in corners, violent swaying, and smooths out jarring impacts. This in turn increases comfort and safety factor, while reducing driver fatigue.

Our progressive foam Bump Buddy replacement jounce bumpers replace your hard factory rubber bump stops, adding improved spring curve progression, reducing sway, and increasing bottom out resistance without any unnecessary clunking or harshness.

    2020 WBO Revel/2019 Sprinter: DIY install:
    what an incredible improvement in ride and handling. Previously sharp curve had a lot of chassis lean. No more with this upgrade. A must have mod in my opinion.
    Any questions about install were quickly answered by Mark.

    One of the best mods you can do for your van

    If you feel like your van doesn't have road manners and feeling top-heavy.. or just want to upgrade from your factory suspension. This suspension is custom tuned to your van in house by Van compass. Adjustable rear reservoirs are one of my best features it allows you to have full control.

    I’ve owned a Winnebago Revel for about 8 months and have put on about 18,000 miles. My one regret is not getting and installing this kit sooner. The ride was noticeably smoother...and quite...not as much creaking of cabinets and rattling etc. handles better (but differently) in crosswinds and gusts.
    Mark was super to work with and the product was sent out quickly.

    Definitely worth it.

    Suspension upgrade

    In the fall of 2018 I purchased your level 3 suspension upgrade for our Sprinter 4x4 144” van after our build out by Sportsmobile. I just want to say how great your product is. Spring Works in Grand Junction, CO recommended your product because of the ease of installation and the pure professionalism of its design and construction.
    I have recommended the installation of your product to every van owner we have met in out travels. No words can describe the change in how the van handles in the back country as well as on the highway at high speeds. If you have not installed this system on your van you should seriously consider it.

    Stage 3 Suspension Package - Do It !

    Just had Van Compass install their Stage 3 suspension package on our 2017 4x4 170 Sprinter. On long road trips the road vibration was really becoming an issue. After the suspension upgrade the 300 mile ride home was like driving a different vehicle. Cant wait to experience the off road ride as well. Great upgrade - Thanks Van Compass team!
