While the Sprinter may be a deceptively capable platform, one of the most glaring oversights was the lack of a proper front recovery point. The factory tow truck hook is only adequate at best for simply loading onto a flat bed. Our tow point solves this problem entirely, and serves as a great upgrade for customers not wanting the cost, complexity or weight of a winch bumper.

By replacing the factory overrun mount with a heavily reinforced, CNC formed 3/16" steel bracket, we are able to add a connection point for standard D-ring shackles, as well as the more modern 'soft shackles'. A formed channel brace also ties into the front subframe mount, creating the strongest recovery point on the market.

Sold as a pair of left and right tow points, and includes all mounting hardware.

    Incomplete Installation Instructions

Disappointed in the Installation instructions provided. The driver side instructions are very straightforward, but the passenger side fails to mention the need to remove the intercooler to access the frame rail bolt as well has having to reroute the wiring for the alternator. Full installation will require removing the entire front bumper and reroute/pull alternator slack from elsewhere.

It would have been nice to have this information noted in the instructions prior to starting the job. I had to take the van to a shop to finish the installation. Disappointing to say the least.
