Protect what matters with our ProMaster front skid plate! The Ram Promaster has a very exposed front end, and it's front-wheel drive layout means most of the vital components like oil pan and transaxle are left completely exposed. Further, it's low ride height and limited tire clearance create a trifecta of vulnerability.
Our aluminum skid plate keeps weight down, resists corrosion and adds a vital layer of protection for cheap insurance against rocks, curbs and other road hazards that can quickly ruin a road trip. Ventilation holes ensure adequate airflow for drivetrain and exhaust components.
Included are 2 different removable panels for the main plate: 1 panel provides access to the oil drain plug on 2015-21 model years; the other panel works on 2022-current model years, which are stuck with a very low hanging exhaust crossover pipe.

Plate is made well with good instructions to install. I did have to modify it to make it work on my 2017 Dodge Ram Promaster .
On the last step to install the oil pan cover(the flat one) I had to drill a couple new holes. Because the instructions say to install above the skid plate. I wasn’t able to fit it there because the exhaust pipe was touching the skid plate allowing no room for the removable cover to fit in place. So I had to mount the cover under which required me to have to drill two new holes to align the screws into the clip on screw receivers. Not a big deal but not how they designed it.
