Sprinters are very capable and versatile vehicles, however many owners have now experienced the stiff factory ride over small bumps and extreme swaying on uneven ruts. Van Compass has developed a custom tuned Falcon shock kit to improve the Sprinter's handling both on and off the trail. Our custom tuned Falcon shocks smooth out the harshness experienced on washboard roads and sharp, abrupt impacts. The bounce experienced over large bumps is reduced and the side to side sway over uneven surfaces is minimized. Each set of Falcon shocks are specifically tuned for your van weight. Please note, many 3500 Class C motorhome and cab and chassis vans come with a factory rear lift block. If you need help identifying a lift block, please click here.

I put these (with heavy tuning) on a 2012 Sprinter 3500 campervan conversion by Airstream, and the difference was amazing. I paired them with Koni red front struts adjusted to about 75% of max dampening. They made such a big difference that I bought another set just like them and put them on a 2018 Sprinter 3500 Airstream conversion (yes I have 2 of these) that only had about 20,000 miles on the factory shocks. Again, a great improvement. I kept the factory sway bars, and I am tickled with the outcome. I did the installations myself - the rear shocks are especially easy to do.
I added these to a 2020 LTV Serenity (2019 MB Chasis). I had already installed Sumo springs. They were a definite improvement, however the addition of the shocks really rounded everything out. The van is much more stable in high winds and situations such as entering/exiting gas stations, parking lots, etc.
The install was quick and easy. I was able to do it myself with basic tools in about 45 min.
VanCompass was great to work with. They answered all of my pre-purchase questions in a timely manner and I received my purchase a few days after ordering.
The Falcon’s are a quality product and are well priced.
