FRONT SHOCK KIT - FALCON 2.1 MONOTUBE - SPRINTER 4x4 (2015-UP 2500 and 3500) by VAN COMPASS

Just wanted to say best money I have spent on this van yet.
The increased ride height in the rear and the overall ride of the van is phenomenal. I did the rear mini leaf packs in the rear and adjustable rear shiocks and the front auxiliary shocks. It’s even better in high wind areas and the ride on dirt roads is far smoother than before. Excellent products from van compass

Bought these shocks to supplement the adj. front rally struts.
Ride is amazing , compared to factory.
I also have their adj rear shocks and opti rate springs
But the review is for how great the customer service was.!
My rig had parts installed incorrectly by a dealer when i bought it. I suspected something wasn’t right, sent pics to VC with my concerns. After a few emails and a very long phone call, they helped me get everything sorted.
Will definitely be a return customer for my next rig

I received the kit in Australia all OK and fitted it without any problems. Your fitment instructions were excellent and the quality of the brackets etc is all first class.

We have just finished a few hundred kms in the vehicle with a combination of highway and short sections of dirt road – some rough and some with corrugations (I think you call it washboards?).

I am most impressed with the improvement in handling and ride comfort both on highway and off. The vehicle is more stable on the open road and is not upset by bumps or oncoming trucks and side-winds.

Whilst we didn’t do any extensive off highway travel this trip we did enough to notice a very solid improvement and I look forward to future extended trips we have planned.

All in all a very worthwhile cost-effective improvement of the highest quality.
