SHOCK TUNE

TUNED MONOTUBE SHOCKS, KEY BENEFITS

  • Increase in comfort and vehicle control
  • Enhanced cornering stability
  • Reduced sway and wind buffeting
  • Controls large and small bumps more effectively than factory shocks
  • 100% bolt on with basic tools

Sprinters are very capable and versatile vehicles, however many owners have now experienced the stiff factory ride over small bumps and extreme swaying on uneven ruts. Van Compass has developed a custom tuned Falcon shock kit to improve the Sprinter's handling both on and off the trail. Our custom tuned Falcon shocks smooth out the harshness experienced on washboard roads and sharp, abrupt impacts. The bounce experienced over large bumps is reduced and the side to side sway over uneven surfaces is minimized. Each set of Falcon shocks are specifically tuned for your van weight.

Massive upgrade!

Recently replaced beat Koni adjustables on my 2WD 2500, light build with light tune Falcon 2.1. The Konis never felt right, despite trying several adjustments. Falcons immediately felt perfect! Firm, but not at all harsh, with much better control and comfort on the terrible roads around me. Small and large bumps are handled well, with the back end staying planted and tracking through turns. Head toss reduced, highway ride is great! Looking forward to matching struts!

Van Changing experience

Second van I've been buying VC tuned shocks, if you bought a used van chances are that your shocks are beyond clapped! Might as well pay a bit more to have a specific tune to the shocks, I couldn't believe how well my 170 handled after. Put some on last night on my 144 (210k on what seems to be the original shocks!).
Both time I've replaced the shocks it's been about an hour total, I've been able to do it without lifting the van (I've needed a jack t compress the new shocks a bit to get them in; I bolt them top first then lowers)
If you're a smaller person, getting the 80ft-lbs to click is a bit of a work (limited clearance)
Experience with VC has been awesome, quick email exchanges + fast shipping
