SHOCK TUNE

The Stage 2 Topo 2.0 package improve the ride quality and stance of your 2020-Present Ford Transit AWD, and lets you tune the ride quality yourself with Falcon 3.3 SP2 Adjustable rear shocks . Our system achieves a true 2.0" of lift for improved ground clearance while maintaining factory alignment specifications. This tuned suspension system will dramatically improve your ride quality and our Topo kit was developed specifically to work around the packaging and front CV shaft constraints presented by the 2020 AWD Transit platform. This kit is compatible with AWD Transit models from 2020-present, and fits all single and dual rear wheel vans. The Stage 2 kit is designed specifically for stock passenger vans, lighter camper builds, and dual rear wheel work vans that need additional clearance.

The center piece of the Stage 2 kit are the Falcon 3.3 SP2 Adjustable rear shocks, which are tuned to our specifications. These upgraded dampers feature a 2.35" piston that will smooth out the harshness experienced on washboard roads and sharp, abrupt impacts. An intuitive, easy to adjust knob allows the user to easily fine tune their ride based on load, terrain, and driver preference. The bounce experienced over large bumps is reduced as well as the side to side sway or jostling over uneven surfaces. Our Rear Shock Relocation Brackets allow for increased ground clearance and move the vulnerable shaft of your shock out of harm's way.

Our Topo Front Lift kit combines a precision engineered 0.75" lift camber correction plate, with a tuned coil spring. By engineering the spring length and rate to our specifications, our tuned spring nets approximately 1.25" of lift with a corresponding increase in compression travel. Rear lift at Stage 2 is accomplished by a 2" billet aluminum block. The B6 strut is not included with AWD specific kits, it can bind the CV and cause premature boot failure.

    Good upgrade, great installer

I recently had a Van Compass Stage 2 Topo 2.0 lift system kit and Opti-rate replacement leaf springs installed on my 2023 Ford Transit 350 HD camper converted cargo van by Pro Automotive and Diesel in Scappoose, Oregon. I found every part of my interaction with Pro Automotive to be extremely satisfying, from learning about the kit components and install process from Joel Givens prior to the work being done to learning how to get the most out of our upgrades from Joel after the work was finished. Scheduling was easy and the work was done as promised and completed before the time promised.
Joel was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would absolutely take my van back to them again in the future and recommend them to others to do the same. We love the new profile of our van which had a habit of dragging it's butt when the road would get rocky or even going in and out of steep driveways. At 10,500 lbs, we are about 800 lbs over the vehicle's GVWR and were getting a lot of vehicle sway on uneven roads and on windy days. Now the vehicle just feels stout. Speed bumps and pot holes that would cause the vehicle to rock like a big boat now pass under the vehicle with almost no sway at all. I even feel like the braking power of the vehicle has been increased because the body of the van doesn't lurch forward when braking.

Nice lift but no ride improvement

After driving a friend's van with Kelderman air suspensiob a local dealer who installs both VanCompass and Kelderman convinced me this was the best solution for my 2021 Transit 350 HD AWD to improve ride quality. I was swayed by the fact this kit simply replaces components rather than adding air compression to the mix. Seemed more reliable for my trips down rugged forest service roads. The lift is nice but I'm afraid ride quality is less desirable than my stock suspension - even dialed down t the "softest" setting every bump is a shock with resulting clatter in the camper. This may (?) provide linge life and less maintenance than the Kelderman air ride but no comparison in ride quality.
